Refund policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return any unused items within 45 days of purchase in original condition for a full refund less any incurred shipping charges on your original order and a $7.50 flat-rate return shipping charge (U.S. orders only). All returns must be in new and unused condition and include original hang tags and packaging. International return rates vary by country and are calculated on the international return link below.

Returns take 10-12 business days from receipt at our warehouse to inspect, restock and process your refund and/or credit. We’ll send a confirmation email when your refund has been issued to the original payment method.

Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.

Credits / Exchanges

Once processed, returns setup for store credit will be emailed a credit for the value of the item(s) received that can be used at missionworkshop.mom. Exchanges will be shipped out once processed.

The $7.50 processing fee does not apply to exchanges or returns for store credit.

Items purchased anywhere except missionworkshop.mom must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Any item that has been modified, altered or changed in any way other than its original form is not eligible for returns / exchanges / warranty.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless otherwise noted.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers in EU and EFTA member states have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund — including original shipping costs — without needing to provide a reason. To initiate a withdrawal request, click here.
